The Oathbreaker
The Oathbreaker was a primary sword of Tom. It appears to be a direct upgrade of The Fryer, as between episode [40] and [41] Tom switches from using The Fryer to the Oathbreaker.
The Oathbreaker is lost during the construction of the Courthouse's pitfall, when Tom digs straight down into lava and dies with the sword on him[1].
