Operation Harriet Tumban was an operation commenced by Tucker aimed at placing faux TNT under Tom’s base, but not with intentions to detonate it. While the TNT was successfully placed, Tom discovered the explosives and moved them. When Tucker returned some time later to check if the explosives were moved, Tom detected his presence and slaughtered him.
